About Us
Heaven’s Touch of Glory was founded by Dr. Charlotte Baker. After being behind the scenes coordinating different events both small and large, she decided to turn her love of planning events into a business. Realizing a seed was planted in her life while working with her aunt growing up, she blossomed into a great florist and planner cultivating her creativity of inspiration, imagination and innovation.
Dr. Baker has earned several collegiate degrees which has enhanced her abilities to have a keen eye for detail, perform extensive research while staying on cutting-edge of her passion. Being a believer in education, she attended Houston School of Floral Design and perfected her craft of floral designing and event planning. Over the years, to gain more experience she has partnered with other industry professionals with planning and designing.

Dr. Baker is an award-winning florist with a larger than life personality who truly puts 100% into all her events. In 2012, she won 1st place at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Adult Non-Professional Floral Category after friends encouraged her to enter the competition. Her creativity and ability to think outside the box leaves her clients in awe of her elegant and exquisite work.

Dr. Baker has been able to work with her mentor Preston Bailey as a florist on a celebrity wedding. She was also a participant in the PB Protégé Intensive Workshop New York January 2018. Through that experience she is an official PB Protégé.
